THOMAS MCILWAIN, the owner and operator of TRM EXCAVATING, has been digging in the dirt since the early seventies (in his sandbox). Since the mid-eighties, however, he's been officially digging dirt in Armstrong and surrounding PA counties for residential and commercial customers. He is certified in service line installation and registered as a Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (PA082118).
